Is it just me or are celebrity couples starting to look more and more alike ?
The jury is in readers. Scientists beavering away in the backrooms of TCBH (in the room next to where we keep the TCBH gimp) have determined that celebrity couples in 2005 are a whopping 3047 % more likely to look alike than they were as recently as the 1980's. The percentages blow out even more when the comparison is made between now and the early days of celebrity where couples in fact were more often than not dis-similar in apppearance.
Here at TCBH, sometimes, for kicks, we balance our more "out there" claims with hard "Today Tonight" journalistic integrity gear ..Yeah !! The pictures do not lie, team. Check it.
We asked Leafman, our new occasional contributor and the guy who makes the coffee for the scientists, what he thought of this development. "Sure sure, take someone like Lleyton and Bec, y'know, they look like brother and sister and y'know,that's just not right."
"But, y'know, what's really scary is the graph. Check this out, dude."

"Y'see, the graph shows that for like the last 100 years, celebrity couples have been looking more and more like each other. 'Cept for the 70's when Woody Allen and all his ladies blew out the figures. And r'member, this don't include gay and hot lesbian couples, neither. But what's even scarier than the graph is um, um .."
Although it might be a little too much maths for Leafman, a quick look along the time line on the graph and you reach a truly frightening conclusion. At the current rate, based on long term trends, sometime in the next century all, yes, allcelebrity couples will look exactly the same. TCBH scientists guess this will happen some time round 2050 and are working on a cure or some sort of preventative measure or at least a guarantee that all the couples will not look like, "um, y'know, some couple that's sorta ordinary looking," as Leafman put it.
Right now though, TCBH Scientists are working on why our pictures are not showing right.
{Note from The Administrator - Pictures have now been restored. In fact, everything apppears to have been restored but that is another story for another day or maybe just later today.}
