Goddam Graffiti Wall now costing US $10 a year !!
Someone do the maths for me. I could be buying recreational drugs for that sort of money and imports, too. The decision on whether to purchase a board is going to cabinet tomorrow. Please note following points included in pre-meeting papers.

Not since cabinet refused to buy a second hand Indian aircraft carrier has a proposed purchase provoked so much debate. And i really wanted that aircraft carrier.
