I briefly, before my head commenced truly unravelling, was explaining to JT at GK that my involvement in weight bearing exercise was a painfully meditative practice. What I did not mention was that, to an extent , the use of weights can be seen as a decorative running parallel to the self aggrandisement (used here in purely a philosophical sense) that an infrequent reader of Nietzsche would be in to. Now that's an exercise book that hasn't been done yet. I really am getting into the whole shirt off thing. The fact i refuse to wax redeems me from being a vainglorious twat but does lend me more of the ubermenschen twang that i always like to think i'm moving slowly towards. See Nietzsche really does rock. I encourage you all to get into him in a big way.
